I've purchase two items so far from R.G. Sound. Each transaction was Excellent! Email Inquiry was answered in a reasonable amount of time. Since I live outside the EU, I had the VAT tax removed for each purchase via email with a custom link. It would be great if R.G. Sound can implement an auto VAT tax removal for international buyers, when they select their country during check out. I know of one other car audio online store in Germany that have this feature on their website. It makes for a quicker purchase transaction. But outside of that, R.G. Sound have been excellent for me so far and I'll continue to use them. Their prices with shipping on a lot of items are better than what I can get in the USA. Sure, there is the issue of warranty. But each buyer must know the manufacturer warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. R.G. Sound have a very good policy for us international buyers. Click on Guarantees at the bottom of their website for full details. I urge every international buyer to follow this policy if you want R.G. Sound to keep providing us with Hi end products at reasonable prices. Thank You R.G. Sound!!!
