The items ordered were not in stock. Unfortunately, there was no indication of this, neither in the item information nor separately via a direct e-mail from customer support. I only found out after I had written to customer support myself.
More direct communication from the company or customer support would be desirable in such cases so that the customer knows immediately instead of waiting for the customer to ask.

I checked before writing the review:
In the information for an article there is only one note for articles in stock (green note sign), it would be desirable if there were also yellow notes (article must be ordered) and red notes (article sold out/no longer available).

The speedy shipping is very positive: 3 days from RG Sound to Germany via DPD.
The goods arrived safely packed and in a completely undamaged box!

Despite the above problems, which I now know or understand better, I could still imagine buying here again

Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato e desideriamo chiarire che i prodotti contrassegnati come "subito disponibile" sono quelli che abbiamo in pronta consegna. Per gli altri può essere necessario attendere qualche giorno in più.

Nel suo caso, un malinteso con il fornitore ha portato a tempi di attesa più lunghi del solito, e ci scusiamo per questo inconveniente. Il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di evadere gli ordini nel minor tempo possibile, e il nostro team è sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Siamo felici che, nonostante le problematiche riscontrate, abbia apprezzato la rapidità della spedizione e l'imballaggio sicuro. Ci farebbe piacere supportarla per un futuro acquisto, garantendo tempi di attesa più brevi.

Navigazione del sito semplice, reperibili articoli scarsamente disponibili, prezzo competitivo. Un po' lenta la spedizione. Imballaggio accurato. Esperienza complessivamente positiva
