Overall great service at the hotel.
I understand restrictions with current situation but :
- if luggage deposit is out of service there should be some information on the website, as we arrive in the morning and had to run for a meeting for 1pm had a problem what to do with luggage, The same next day my fly was late afternoon so hade to visit town with the luggage which was not really comfortable - I think there should be find solution this in hotel with this standard ( lookers ?? if staff Don’t feel safe)
- as bar was closed it will be good to have drinks menu for the room service, there was only food menu in the room.
There was beer at the reception but no snackss to go with beer

Dear Sir, thank you for your opinion and valuable comments. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. The situation was caused by the sanitary regime we had introduced in the hotel. We have already looked at the matter and verified our procedures of luggage storage. Regarding the lobby bar - we have just re-opened it for our Guests - feel cordially welcome for a beer or a snack during your next stay. Not to the standards. Stuff is rather lazy and unproductive and the spa is more a party mile than a quiet pleasant place. I been once dont come back.

Dear Christof, Thank you for choosing IBB Andersia and for taking your time to share your thorough opinion with us. We are really sorry that you felt this way especially about our Staff, which is doing their best to satisfy all of the Guests and put their hearts into doing it.
Let me refer to your reservations about your stay – when it comes to the glass wall, we are aware that it is a bit controversial, but please remember that if you need more privacy you can always use covering panels, also our IX floor apartments are equipped with non-transparent, glass wall – perfect for Guests who need more intimacy. Additionally, bathrooms do have ventilation system.
Receptionists should always inform our Guests about Hotel facilities and in this case we are sorry that you were not provided with enough information, we will look into bettering our service.
Regarding sauna, it is not required to enter naked, but it is a recommendation in one of them. You can choose between two saunas – one where it is recommended to be naked and one where it is recommended to wear swimming suit. Inside changing rooms there are cabins where you can change your clothes and where nobody would see it. Your stay was during the weekend when many Guests wanted to enjoy Wellness, our Staff keeps an eye on it and asks Guests to behave properly and according to Wellness statute. Like always the general feeling is good. But I should have like more control over the respect of the covid-rules (for exemple ask to keep mask at the breakfast buffet). The room wasn't clean everyday.

We are sorry that you felt this way, especially that we do ask our Guests to wear masks at the breakfast buffet and there are also such signs there. Unfortunately we are not able to fully control our Guests’ behavior but we do our best to keep everyone safe. Rooms are not cleaned every day because of such safety reasons – room cleaning during the stay is made on demand and we do inform about it at the hotel reception and also in the directory located in rooms.
