Overall very good with few suggestions around optimizing long stay offer. For example: optimize half board option to be lighter and less expensive.

Very pleasing and functional hotel. Damien in the rental was just super, never have receved so great service.

C’est la seconde fois que nous y allons. La première fois, nous étions tombés sous le charme de l’hôtel et de la ville. Nous voulions renouveler l’expérience afin d’être certain que ce n’était pas juste par « chance » d’avoir été bien accueilli la première fois… et bien non !
Nous avons adoré de nouveau notre week-end !! Le personnel est agréable, accueillant et d’une gentillesse. Le repas nous a épaté, et ce n’était pas le restaurant gastronomique. Les chambres sont confortables et cocooning comme on les aime. On découvre petit à petit la ville et les environs. Je pense que ce sera notre destination annuelle favorite pendant l’hiver ! Merci à vous de nous faire vivre un vrai rêve le temps d’un week-end. Vous avez une équipe géniale !

My daughters and I loved the Hotel. It was beautiful and very centrally located. The staff was very professional and helpful. Having the ski room outside the hotel was very important. We used the hotel's car service to and from the airport which was very relaxing for us. The only suggestion would be to use email confirmation for spa services and restaurant reservations. There was confusion with the spa reservations more than once, and an email confirmation would have taken care of that. Additionally, we placed a reservation on the house phone for dinner one evening, and it had not been recorded when we presented ourselves the next evening. The staff was very apologetic; however, we did have to have our dinner later than we wanted, and we did have an early flight the next morning. Other than those two relatively minor items, I would definitely recommend the Hotel wholeheartedly and would definitely return ourselves.

Super agréable, le restaurant gastronomique extraordinaire, félicitations au chef et à sa brigade pour la première étoile, nous avons été bluffés à chaque plat, ce fût une symphonie gastronomique, grand merci à la direction et au personnel pour cet accueil super chaleureux..

Très moyen pas digne d un relais chateau

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay. While the location for skiing was fantastic and one dinner was excellent, I was disappointed with the overall experience compared to previous years. The breakfast quality was not up to par, and I found some staff to be uninformed and occasionally rude. In the future, I may explore other hotels further from the slopes that offer better service and food quality. It's regrettable to say that Au Coeur du Village seems to have lost some of its charm

We love it here.
Sadly I was poorly all week with a fluey bug. However the staff and room made it bearable.
I couldn’t ski as I stayed in the room for 5 days -
The room service food was awful. The carbonana tasted like it came out of a tin. Very poor food for room service but the waffles were delicious.
We were asked if it was good and I said no but nothing was offered instead. We also got billed for it.

Overall the place is lovely and we will definately return . Sadly no snow on our week there . March 2024
