Our family had the most wonderful holiday at Au Coeur du Village and wanted to express our heartfelt thanks.

We absolutely loved the Au Coeur Du Village hotel—it has such a welcoming and distinctive atmosphere, which is evident from the moment you arrive. The facilities are great and set a standard that far surpasses any ski resort hotel we have experienced.

What impressed us most, however, was the culture that radiates through your team. Throughout the week, we had the pleasure of meeting many staff members, all of whom exemplified professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to creating a personalised guest experience. They are a true credit to your organisation.

I really admire what you have achieved with your team.

The food was outstanding—whether at breakfast or dinner—and the service was impeccable. We were especially impressed by Julian, Charlie, and Sasha, who stood out as dedicated and skilled team members.

The room setup was perfect for us as a family of five. The suite with the adjoining room, alongside another room next door, provided us with the ideal balance of space and comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We were originally booked at the Hotel Beauregard but were moved due to its refurbishments, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. We hope to return to La Clusaz in the years ahead and will certainly look to stay at Au Coeur du Village—or perhaps Beauregard.

It has been a fabulous week, and while we are sad that it has come to an end, we leave with wonderful memories of our time here.

J'ai vraiment apprécie mon séjour dans votre établissement. Dès mon arrivée à 8h du matin, vous m'avez de suite extrêmement bien accueilli. Service, disponibilité, gentillesse. Je reviendrai certainement.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'établissement le professionnalisme de vos équipes en salle et à l'étage dans leur disponibilités leur accueil souriant mais non obsequieux enfin simple et prossionnel
Sans oublier le restaurant qui propose des plats variés et savoureux et aussi végétarien

J'aime venir chez vous

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel, à la décoration soignée. Le personnel est à l’écoute, très réactif et aux petits soins sans en faire trop. Nos filles ont beaucoup apprécié la salle de jeux et la piscine. L’emplacement est parfait, au centre de la station.

Partagé. J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel mais quelques points m'ont un peu déçu :
- on n'a jamais vu le maître de maison
- on a demandé à dîner au restaurant 3 soirs de suite et c'était toujours complet. Je pense qu'en jouant sur les horaires pour des clients faciles et sympas, on doit pouvoir s'arranger
- j'ai trouvé que l'ensemble avait un peu baissé par rapport aux 2 années précédentes. C'est bête mais on avait toujours un petit cadeau de départ, là rien.
Après, l'hôtel est top, bien placé, le personnel adorable (énorme mention au bagagiste / voiturier/concierge). C'est juste qu'il ya moins de service et d'attentions.
