Un enchantement tout simplement, le petit village, l’hôtel, l’amabilité du personnel, la disponibilité de l’équipe, tout, beau, reposant, les oiseaux et la
nature sont conjugués au présent avec la composition du passé....mais chuiuuuuut.....n’en parlez qu’à ceux que vous aimez, cet endroit doit rester magique

The hotel is ideally placed in Albacin. A good location to explore Granada. The staff were all friendly and helpful, answering my questions prior to the visit promptly. Most importantly booking the tickets for the Alhambra for my party. An essential, as a previous visit last October was spoilt by a third party booking for an expensive guided tour which never materialised. The staff suggested the Granada Card for only 22 euros which also gave entrance to other monuments, so my long awaited visit to the Alhambra was realised.

Hôtel très agréable, beaucoup de charme et personnel très disponible. La chambre était assez petite mais comme on n'y reste que pour la nuit ce n'était pas gênant d'autant que les patios sont très agréables. Un petit regret : ne pouvoir y prendre un café au calme et au frais en début d'après-midi. Dommage que l'on entende tant ce qui se passe dans les chambres des voisins ou de ceux de l'étage au-dessus ou au-dessous lorsqu'ils sont bruyants… c'est assez gênant.

hôtel bien placé mais le prix de la chambre est bien trop élevé par rapport à la prestation fournie.......c'est quand même un 3 étoiles et nous avons mieux dormi dans les autres hôtels qui eux étaient des deux étoiles

I would particularly like to thank the young lady working at the front desk- unfortunately I didn't get her name - she had medium length dark brown hair and wears glasses - she was very pleasant and very helpful to me throughout my stay- she is a real credit to your hotel and you are fortunate to have her as an employee. For someone so young I was overwhelmed by how generous she was with her time and attention.
