Hotel de charme,très bien situé. Maison ancienne donc très mal insonorisé .Le lit double de la chambre 19 est trop étroit

Everything was perfect. It was short trip in Granada and I hope not last trip to this wonderful city and amazing hotel. I am most pleased with how you take care of ancient buildings and heritage.
Very clean room,friendly hotel staff,great selection of breakfast, perfect location. Thank you for everything ❤️ ♥️ 💛

This was a 70th birthday solo trip to the Alhambra and I was a little apprehensive, thankfully the hotel staff were so helpful, their guidance and knowledge was invaluable and helped me make my trip to Granada a wish come true. The hotel was perfectly situated as I wished to walk to most of the attractions. Thank you to Esperanza for the birthday cake and candle, and to all staff for their birthday wishes, it made the day extra special 🥰
