The hotel was lovely. Lots of charm and convenient to everything. The room was basic but clean and cool - perfect for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful house, very nice staff , very central. Attention : can be reached only by foot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Un soggiorno estremamente piacevole in un'atmosfera elegate e mai eccessiva di un bellissimo edificio storico.
Gli ambienti e lo staff hanno fatto rimpiangere di essere rimasti solo due notti.
Consiglieró di alloggiare al Capitel Nazarí e vi soggiornerei nuovamente in mio nuovo viaggio a Granada.

La ubicación muy buena. El baño de la habitación era muy pequeño para un par de nochea correcto. Los empleados muy amables.

The room was very small - the beds were bad and the closet was small where the door could not close.

I´m really sorry to know that the room didn´t meet your expectations. You should have informed reception desk , they could offer you a change of room. Being a XVI Century building, 1520´s Palace, the original construction is conserved and the size of the rooms are also different, I promise you that you ´ll have a bigger room in your next stay with us for you and for your partner. I´ll promise that , in your next stay , I will take personally care of your next reservation.
