Parking place 5 minutes by car room and room furniture terrible staff gave me the room at 15,50 never again

I´m really sorry to know that your hotel and the room didn´t meet your expectations. You booked a Single room and when you arrived to the Hotel you were 2 person. The recepcionist offered you a double room with extra cost and you had to wait 15 minutes for the new room. As you perfectly described , the hotel is situated in a restricted area that is why the hotel strongly recommends parking the car in one of the two parking it has agreement with. The Hotel allows you to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time and the taxi is refunded. We sent this information to all our guests by email. Una estancia muy grata en un hotel del siglo XVI muy bien acondicionado y en un enclave perfecto, con una amabilidad y atención del personal exquisita, con habitación y demás estancias muy limpias. Desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad y con una atención de la persona encargada excelente.
Cuando podamos volver, sin duda alguna será al Hotel Casa Capitel Nazarí.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio del albaizin, el trato del personal es muy cordial y la habitación que nos han ofrecido es fantastica.
