Parking place 5 minutes by car room and room furniture terrible staff gave me the room at 15,50 never again

I´m really sorry to know that your hotel and the room didn´t meet your expectations. You booked a Single room and when you arrived to the Hotel you were 2 person. The recepcionist offered you a double room with extra cost and you had to wait 15 minutes for the new room. As you perfectly described , the hotel is situated in a restricted area that is why the hotel strongly recommends parking the car in one of the two parking it has agreement with. The Hotel allows you to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time and the taxi is refunded. We sent this information to all our guests by email.
