The experience was incredible. The room was very cozy and quaint, nestled in the center of the old town of Granada. One could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel is very accommodating to their guests and work to ensure everyone has a memorable experience.

La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel es muy bonito, y con cuatro cosas que se cambien podría dar un salto cualitativo grande.

Единственное, что хорошо - это расположение. Очень большая цена (190€ за ночь) для очень маленького номера с крохотной ванной. Так же было неудобно спать - тоненькие подушки и шум с улицы. Завтрак тоже мог бы быть лучше - скрамбл из яиц был холодным. Не стала бы рекомендовать этот отель. Он нас сильно разочаровал.

You should have informed reception desk about all defects that you supposedly detected. Being a XVI Century building, the original construction is conserved. Size of the rooms are also different, I promise you that you ´ll have a bigger room in your next stay with us for you and for your family.

We had a excellent stay. The hotel is very charming inside. The location is fantastic - Plaza Nueva and the Albaicin are within a few minutes walk. Perfect for getting around Granada. The Alhambra is a 10-minute taxi ride, as well as to the top of the Albaicin. The breakfast was good.

Un hotel barato con precio un poco más elevado sin justificación. Habitación mal aislada y poco equipada. La solución de poner bomba de calor en vez de aislar la puerta que da directamente a un patio no me parece una buena idea, ni en términos medioambientales, ni por salud. El aire en 30 mintis es tan seco que no se puede respirar. Sinceramente, con 2 grados fuera, hemos pasado algo de frío.

Un lugar acogedor, con historia y muy céntrico donde el personal en todo momento nos trató de maravilla. Repetiré seguro.
