Tan solo nos alojamos una noche en este hotel pero la experiencia general ha sido positiva, sobre todo por el personal del hotel que son todos super amables y atentos siempre tienen una sonrisa para recibirte. Por decir algo negativo la terraza de la habitación podía haber estado un poco mas reformada tanto el mobiliario como las paredes, pero lo dicho todo muy bien.

The experience was good, with a very friendly staff. My room did not have hot water for half of my stay. I would not recommend the hotel because of this issue. The price was too high for a cold shower.

Buena, aunque las camas no son buenas. No se duerme bien, las camas muy duras, como tabla:-(

bonne adresse l hotel a du charme il est très bien situé le personnel est à notre écoute et parle français seul bémol le bruit la nuit des canalisations d'eau( douche wc )

Excellent location in the heart of Granada. Free tea and coffee in the afternoon was very welcome and a hospitable touch. Reception staff attentive and friendly.

Excellent - a really friendly and nice hotel. Two small criticisms - the television in our room (307) was impossible to watch from bed and why no waste bin in the room?
