Wonderful historic hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. The only down sides are that parking is expensive - the price you pay for staying in the historic center of Granada - and the mattress cover seemed to be plastic which made sleeping on it a little hot. But I would highly recommend this small and charming hotel.

Me arrepiento mucho el haberme alojado

Estimado Sr Jiménez Gonzalez,

Agradecemos el tiempo dedicado a informarnos sobre su experiencia en nuestro Hotel.
Sentimos enormemente que la habitación no fuese de su agrado y lamentamos aún más que no nos lo comunicara a su llegada o incluso en el momento del check out.
Nos hubiese gustado verle por nuestra recepción a su salida del Hotel y no que dejara su llave en una mesa de nuestro patio sobre todo estando pendiente el pago las bebidas que consumió del minibar así como la devolución del secador de pelo que seguramente se llevó por error.
