Lovely town, hotel well situated and our room was quiet; extremely helpful staff.
Hotel is a short walk up a narrow cobbled alley with steps - ask for help with baggage if needed from taxi drop.

Las expectativas de la visita eran altas, todo el mundo sabe de la belleza de Granada, pero para mi el poderme dormir mirando a la Alhambra ha sido soñar despierta!!!

Our overall experience was just okay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The exterior and hotel common areas were incredibly charming and an excellent reflection of the beauty of Granada's Albaicin. The room on the other hand was a major disappointment. The lack of privacy, the dated furnishings (and climate control), and the lack of usable surfaces made our stay quite uncomfortable. For this reason, I would unfortunately not recommend this hotel to anyone for risk of having a similar experience with their room.

The price and location are good, but you should not advertise that you have Wi-Fi service when, in fact, there is no wifi service in the rooms....only in the lobby and the restaurant. To make matters worse, when we checked in and asked for the Wi-Fi password we were not told that service was unavailable in the room. Only after we made multiple attempts to log in and then went back to the front desk ere we told that wifi was not available in the rooms. Even worse was the fact that there as absolutely no hot water in the room. When we checked out, several folks checking out at the same time said they did not have hot water in their room either. This is NOT a three star hotel

Dear Mr MUELLERLEILE,

First of all, we would like to thank you for taking your time reviewing our Hotel after your recent stay.
I´m really sorry to know that our Hotel Casa Capitel Nazari didn´t meet your expectations.
We are astonished to read your comments because our Hotel has wifi service in all the building, included rooms and courtyards.
Referring to the hot water in the bath , we are surprised because we have hot water in all our rooms and these days we have no problem with this.
Our Hotel has no restaurant... only breakfast room.
We´ll be pleased to know if your comments are about Casa Capitel Nazari or another hotel.
You ´ll always be welcomed .
We would like to thank you once again for your time .
Best regards
