La localización es fantástica, el hotel está muy bien reformado y es muy agradable. Es impresionante , que con el calor que ha hecho en granada este fin de semana, la habitación estaba fresquera al regresar de los paseos y sin aire acondicionado. Me ha encantado el hotel!

Très déçu, l'établissement ressemble plus à une pension qu'à un hôtel.
chambre petite, ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos publiées sur booking.com

Muy agradable, localización de ensueño. Habitaciones pequeñas y modestas pero muy cómodas. Personal políglota, profesional y de trato muy agradable.

The staff were not welcoming. We were not asked how our stay was. The building was interesting but there was no information about it.
The room was overpriced - air con didn't work well, no safe, bathroom was cheaply constructed. We had a twin not a double. The staff at breakfast sneezed then rearranged the breakfast counter while holding their used tissue. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was dominated by the piercing sound of the toast machine. It's a shame that given the location and historic building that this hotel has not invested in the details that would make for a pleasant stay or created a welcoming staff culture that would make it value for money.

First of all, if you preferred a double bed room, you could have asked previously just as you told us that you were celiac. We are sorry to know that the room did not your expectation, the next time we promise you that you´ll have a room in a higher floor with other orientation. The breakfast Department service has been advised too , and corrective action has been taken . You have a safe in the reception and you have a big dossier in your room with a lot of cultural information, also our staff would be pleased to inform and to help you . We would like to apologise one more time for all the inconvenience. I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a future. You ´ll have 15% discount if you reserve directly with the Hotel.
