Muy bien, volveremos, la única pega podría ser el aparcamiento pero en una ciudad como Granada lo convierte en un plus, ya que aparcas y te olvidas de coche durante toda la estancia.

Must do a better job of telling guests in advance that there is no access to the hotel by car, and provide a detailed map to the parking lot. Many, perhaps MOST of your guests will book through Expedia, Hotels.com or other service. You need to make sure those guests get everything they need in advance!

As you described , the hotel is situated in a restricted area that is why the hotel strongly recommends parking the car in one of the two parking it has agreement with. The Hotel allows you to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time and the taxi is refunded. This information is sent by email to our guests and also you can find it clearly in our website.
