The location of this hotel was exceptional. The staff were helpful. It was very convenient to be able to buy the tickets to the Alhambra through the hotel. The breakfast was very good, but a little expensive compared to other hotels that we stayed at in the region. I felt that they could make things a bit more pleasant by adding another towel rack in the bathroom. Also, the cleanliness of the shower could be improved. Our bathroom only had one set of towels the first night. Also, we requested two extra pillows in our reservation as well as when we checked in. Unfortunately, the staff forgot and when we returned to the hotel to retire I again went to the front desk to get them. They immediately provided them and it was just an oversight, but a small indication of lack of attention to detail that made me give an average rating . That being said, we would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend that others stay here.
