Notre séjour dans votre hôtel a été très agréable, malgré les petits points à améliorer, en grande partie grâce à la qualité de l'accueil et du service.
Loréna et Rocia sont très professionnelles, attentionnées avec les clients et soucieuses de satisfaire leurs attentes.
Loréna nous a donné de super adresses de restaurants.
La possibilité d'échanger en français est un plus indéniable.

Originally we were given the smallest room in the hotel. It was very hot and stuffy so we opened the window but then it was extremely noisy with disco music blaring from the square. We complained and the staff was very accomodating. They brought us a fan because the air conditioning was broken and agreed to move us to a different room the next night. The new room was much larger and had a small view of the Alhambra. The hotel is very old and tired and could use some updating. Also it would have been nice if they had hot water and coffee available for guests. The best parts about the hotel were the staff and the location.

Thank you for your review and for your comprehension about the problem with the air conditioned. The new room that we gave you was a superior room as compensation free of extra charge. The hotel is from the XVI century and it was renovated just two years ago. We have a free coffee and tea service from 16.30 to 19.30 h and breakfast (with coffee and tea) from 7.30 to 10.30 . The rest of the day you can ask tea or coffee but it is not free of charge. However, we gave you four times the hot water out the standard timetable free of charge.

Muy Satisfactoria . Viajamos con un bebe y fue todo de nuestro agrado. Hotel muy tranquilo bien ubicado y trato excelente . El personal fue muy amable y profesional.
