We were transferred from the Palacio de Santa Ines, a sister hotel down the street, because we had requested a room with an Alhambra view which that hotel could not accommodate. The staff at both hotels made our transfer from very easy, and the room with the terrace and view was amazing - just what we were looking for during our stay in Granada. The directions to the parking garage could have been easier to follow, especially with the construction going on in the city, but overall the hotel was excellent, with very welcoming staff and a perfect location.
