We look forward to returning to Granada and will stay at Hotel Capitel Nazarei. Staff at check out suggested spring is beautiful time of year.

la chambre avec baie vitrée prés de réception donnant sur le patio avec un éclairage de nuit c'est vraiment pas terrible, et pour la deuxième chambre que nous avons réservé, elle n'était pas prête à 12 heure comme prévu mais à 19 heure pas super pour un trois étoiles

Albergo delizioso, in pieno centro. Stanza ampia e pulita e personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile.

I requested a quiet room, I was given a flat at the top at the back, lovely! Then when I went to bed the noise was atrocious, people walking up and down the two streets below my room, people talking until after 2 in the apartments which were close by, then I could hear snoring from nearby rooms, then more noise from the streets. Next morning I asked if I could be moved to a quiet room, the lovely lady at reception organised. This room was quieter, but still you could hear some noise from the other rooms.
On bookings.com your ad said you had a lift, I wouldn't have booked if this wasn't the case - the first room had no lift, stairs only, I do have abad hip and knee. There was poor lighting through that stairwell as well. The room I was moved to on the first floor I was able to access the lift, so feel you need to be clear in your ad stating that the lift only accesses some of your hotel.
The second room had no chair to sit on, you could only sit on the bed, also no table if you wanted to put a glass down, moly the floor or the tiny bedside table.
Your staff were lovely, wonderful people. They helped greatly, booking 2 excursions for me, recommending places to eat - just great.

Nous sommes reconnaissants de vos commentaires après votre récent séjour à la Casa del Capitel Nazari .

Nous sommes vraiment désolés, nous excusons si notre personnel à un moment donné n'a pas été à son comble , nous travaillons pour nos clients et essayons de rester dans notre hôtel ce soient le plus agréable possible.

En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je regrette qu'il n'aimait pas. Nous prendrons note de votre appréciation.

Regarding the problem with the cleaning of the rooms, I'm totally embarrassed. Please be assured, we do value all feedback from our guests and your comment has been reviewed with our team and corrective actions are taken to improve the quality of our service.

However I am sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations.

I have investigated why you had so many problems with your room, because we always choose the best room for our best guest, The receptionist suggested you to change another room and you would not, we wanted to give you a solution for this problem, but you didn´t to accept.

I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a near future.

we really enjoyed our stay and Clive's cooking was fantastic. We intended to travel up to Cordoba but preferred to explore the lovely area instead. We would recommend a stay here.
