the reception staff - especially Lorena - were helpful, friendly and efficient. the room was small and dark and there was a smell of drains overnight and in the morning but the bedroom and bathroom were kept very clean.

habitación muy ruidosa - numero 24 - aparato de aire exteriores toda la noche funcionando / aspecto de las plaquetas del suelo sucio y desagradable - tuve que recurrir a pastillas para descansar. las empleadas de recepción encantadoras todas, es mayor activo.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. It was a very good value. Only thing that we would add would be an elevator for old people!!
