Hotel very well located, rooms are small sized, but who cares your at the foot of the Alhambra hill. Personnel very nice and helpful!!!

Regarding the problem with the cleaning of the rooms, I'm totally embarrassed. Please be assured, we do value all feedback from our guests and your comment has been reviewed with our team and corrective actions are taken to improve the quality of our service.
Regarding the Alhambra tickets, I think there was a misunderstanding. At your check in the receptionist explained you that Alhambra was full but she would report you if she was getting the tickets. As she didn't get the tickets she didn't tell.
We will try explain better next time.
