Generally fine, very good email communications in advance from the hotel, but afternoon tea and coffee was disappointing, either unavailable or late/had to be requested, and the room was a bit dark with no external views.

It was so nice!!!
I stayed for 3night and 4days at your hotel .
i was satisfied with every kinds of hotel's service...
beautiful appearence and kindness of staff...
good price..and good location!!(it was very closed plaza nueva)
one of the vest was very considerated staffs...
so i have to say " Muchas gracias"
