Really enjoyed our stay, and made to feel very welcome - friendly staff.
Lovely, comfortable room.
Only minor issue is that public parts of the hotel were quite cool,
but difficult in the weather during our stay given the internal courtyards - cool would be an advantage at most times of the year!

Great location, good price, and very helpful staff. The rooms were simple, and nice. I would recommend any friends to stay here.

Estuvimos hace un año, nos gusto por su localización y buena presencia. Pero en este año se ha deteriorado una barbaridad y tiene un aspecto sucio y poco cuidado.

Podia mejorarse. teníamos habitación romántica y degustación de vinos y no vimos nada de eso.

We were a party of 4 and had two rooms. Although small, were not lacking in amenities but were full of old world charm and period ambience. The shower was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

La estancia estuvo correcta,con algunas cosas a mejorar y que les detallo solo como critica positiva y con el ánimo de mejorar su servicio:
- El precio de la habitación 29 no puede ser el mismo que el de la 40, habitación mucho más pequeña y con olores en baño.
- La gestión de la incidencia que tuvimos con una prenda olivadada no fue totalmente satisfactoria, despues de hacer el esfuerzo de volver de nuevo al hotel a recoger la misma con los costes que ello conlleva, el servicio de limpieza no había reflejado en el parte la citada prenda no pudiendo llevarnos esta.La recepcionista dijo que el lunes por la mañana llamaría para informar sobre la incidencia, no llamo porque lo tuve que hacer yo por la tarde.
- En materia de proteccion de datos observe que al finalizar la estancia la recepcionista rompio la fotocopia de los carnet de identidad y los tiro sin mas a una papelera, me llamo la atención el que no tuviesen para ello un maquina de destruir papel.
