CONFORTABLE Y SIN INCIDENCIAS. EL PERSONAL FUE ENCANTADOR, ESPECIALMENTE PEDRO, EL RECEPCIONISTA, Y ESTHER, LA CHICA DEL DESAYUNO. LA WIFI, QUE NECESITABA POR TEMAS LABORALES, FUNCIONÓ BIEN EN TODO MOMENTO, LO QUE AGRADECÍ ENORMEMENTE PORQUE ME HABRÍA SUPUESTO UN PROBLEMA DE OTRO MODO.

We loved the 2 rooms we were assigned. But in the room my wife and I were in (room #43) we cold not turn down the heat. Had to sleep with windows wide open. Then the staircase to the door and bathroom started to collapse. Although we had rented a superior room we were given another less desirable room. This was not great experience.

La atención recibida por el personal de recepción ha sido excelente, pues resolvieron de manera muy amable y eficiente un problema surgido con la reserva de habitaciones

REGULAR
Precio elevado para los servicios recibidos. El hotel estaba completo y no existe una preparación para tanta gente.
La habitación tenía muchos ruidos de otros clientes y de los operarios que tuvieron que arreglar algún desperfecto sobre la marcha

El hotel está perfectamente situa en pleno centro de Granada, trato muy agradable por parte del personal, y solo indicar que hacia cierto frio en el cuarto de baño. El resto perfecto y el propio hotel es precioso.
