I found the hotel delightful but it was quite noisey with other guests talking loudly as they came back late-perhaps signs could .be placed in the evening, as the noise carries.
I found the reception staff unhelpful and abrupt. I asked about buses to Cordoba and the person on reception did not check but said they were every hour-this was wrong information. The reception staff do not appear friendly or welcoming, they hardly even smiled. I think it would be better to have card keys as there was always a queue at reception.
