We really loved the Spanish ambiance; it was definitely not a "cookie cutter" hotel (one that you could find anywhere in any city)

Excellent . Loved the rooftop terrace that was part odour room. Great view of Alhambra

Rocio the receptionist was very helpful and charming. She was the only highlight of our stay. We were most disappointed with the quality of our accommodation. Room 14 is really a balcony with a wooden partition. We therefore were unable to sleep all night, as we could hear returning guests, doorbells, doors opening and closing, the phone ringing and conversations on reception late at night and early morning etc etc. A basic requirement for a hotel room should surely be four walls to keep the noise out! We believe you should not be renting this room out in its current state; it is not suitable for use as a hotel room and certainly does not meet your standards as stated in your publicity material. Our experience was certainly not value for money and has made our holiday much less enjoyable.

We were warmly welcomed from the heat of the streets into the cool marbled reception and courtyard. We had a delightful room overlooking the central open courtyard. Bathroom a little small and dated but adequate for our stay. Complimentary afternoon tea or coffee was a welcome surprise. Great central location and would definitely recommend a stay here.

The front desk desk staff was always very courteous and helpful in meeting all our needs. The location is fantastic and the rooms are lovely. Highly recommended!

Choisi cet hôtel par guide PETIT FUTÉ qui faisait louangé de cet établissement. Votre hôtel ne mérite même pas les 3 étoiles encore moins les 4 étoiles qu'il devrait avoir suivant ce guide.
De plus votre plaisanterie m.a coûte un prix d'ami de 2 x 19 euros + un taxi à 7.00€ pour faire 2 km.
Ce n.est mentionne nul part dans votre site, ni dit par le personnel lors delà réservation
Nous reviendrons à Grenade mais certainement pas dans votre hôtel !

There is an exceptional receptionist, unfortunately we didn't see her name, but she really stood out as the best receptionist in all of our Spain hotels. She spoke good English, she seemed happy to help with dirctions and recommendations, and was incredibly efficient. We appreciated all of it.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. Some counter space in the bathroom would have been appreciated, however the room seemed neat and clean.

The hotel suited us perfectly for where we wanted to be. Apart from the fact it was very beautiful inside which made it a special place. The check in staff were so nice and friendly. They were also very helpful.
