The hotel personnel is extremely noisy as of 8 AM. They are very loud, shut doors etc... without any respect for the hotel's guests when every café, store etc...in Granada does not open before 10 AM.

Also, we were told to park our car in any parking lot of the city, take a cab to the hotel and present the cab receipt to the hotel to get reimbursed. When we gave the receipt to the receptionist, she told us they reimburse cab receipts only if we park our car in one specific parking lot. Not fair.

El servicio, la ubicacion muy bien. La habitacion muy pequeña y con ruidos de las habitaciones colindantes como si fuera la propia (cañerias, duchas, WC, etc)

Hola, estuvimos 4 noches en este precioso hotel. Esta en pleno centro del barrio de Albaicín. Tanto el sitio, como la gente que trabaja allí, fue perfecto. Teniamos nuestras dudas al contratarlo a través de un bono de viajes Groupon, pero fue todo un acierto. Con o sin bono, lo recomendamos. Tuvimos tiempo tanto de ver la ciudad, como de descansar en el hotel. Las habitacion muy buenas. El patio donde tomar el té por la tarde, más que perfecto.
Muchas Gracias a todos! Intentaremos volver.
