The excellent place to plunge into east fairy tale of Mauritanian Granada. I will advise this hotel to all who wishes to grow fond of Granada!

We loved the hotel. Breakfast not included but we bought it one day and thought it excellent value. My only problem, as explained above, was that in my room, number 25, there was nowhere to put anything that could not hang. The bedside locker was not useful (too small for glasses, mobile, and a book etc) and in my view should be replaced with a 600mm wide chest of drawers. Otherwise a great experience to stay there, thank you.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, although they both took much longer than we would have liked. The room was spacious, but the shower was much too small for my friend, who is 6'2". Also, the heat had been left on despite warm temperatures and we were not able to shut it off, which left us needing to leave the windows open all night to cool it down. And the floor had not been washed, which we noticed after we had removed our shoes.

All of that said, the beds were comfortable, the hotel is lovely, and the location is extremely convenient.

L'hotel est très bien situé et calme, sous réserve de nos commentaires sur la chambre. L'accueil est professionnel.

I loved the location and antiquity of the hotel, it was magic. Staff very friendly and helpful, and I will certainly recommend it (but PLEASE put a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, and a chair to put clothes on at night!

We loved the hotel and it's central location. You have a wonderful city which we are encouraging our children who have not been there yet to visit soon.

We were very happy with the efficient service at the reception desk on our arrival and the room was very clean and fantastic value for money! The location is brilliant, being situated in the ares of the Alhambra. I would definately recommend this hotel to people staying in Granada, who don^t need to stay in a five star residense.
