A lovely room in a really neat old building. The young staff were knowledgable and helpful, the room clean and attractive with old wooden beams and floors, and the price was quite reasonable for two (about 70 Euros/night). The bathroom needed upgrades - the shower was poorly designed, the drain didn't work properly. But it was clean and neat and that didn't detract too much from the experience. People should realise that this is a very old building, so the rooms may have little natural light as ours did with only a small window overlooking the courtyard which we kept shuttered. The hotel is off a small alley right off the Plaza Nueva, so one should understand that one is paying for the exceptional location, a clean and convenient room in a neat old building, and excellent service - but not necessarily 'a room with a view.' I highly recommend the Casa del Capitel Nazari for couples or friends sharing a room, not necessarily for kids.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good and varied with lots of choices. An interesting building in a very convenient and nice location.

The hotel was almost empty. An upgrade to a better room would have been nice, not expected but nice.

Our room was quite small with a window looking at the wall next door. The bed was quite hard, something not uncommon in Spain and the linens were polyester/blend.

Our lodging in Toledo and Segovia was at the same price point but considerably more roomy and with softer beds and all cotton linens.

El hotel es muy lindo, la ubicación es buenísima. Estuvimos en una habitación doble pequeña con todo lo necesario. Todo muy bien excepto el baño que al no tener ventanas el olor a humedad era muy intenso.

The location was excellent and the staff were very professional and helpful. The kitchenette was great so that we could have snacks for our teenage son. However, there was one serious problem. There was no sound isolation from the alley that runs next to the room, and we were woken late at night a number of times by noisy groups of young people singing, talking loudly, etc. The alley causes the sound to echo and amplify. It was very noisy at night. The room itself was nice but the sound problem means that I could not recommend this hotel to a friend.
