The location nearby the Plaza Nueva was convenient. Rather few staff was available and when returning late one evening (Dec 29) was left waiting outside at the front door for rather too long. The standard guest room and bathroom were very small and not at all well sound insulated. Every activity of one's neighbors could be easily heard. Apart from a small undercroft cafe/bar in the adjacent hotel, there were few warm public spaces to go in the hotel. The inner courtyards of this old building were pleasant but too cold to make use of in the wintertime.
This made for a motel/hostal like experience. The lifts were also not working. Therefore, overall not good value.

Muy buena aunque pondría un "pero" al cuarto de baño que es bastante obsoleto y no está de acorde con el precio que he pagado en ese hotel. También el sonido constante de esa fuente (yo estuve en la habitación 16) que tienen abajo a veces era muy incómodo para mi.

Great location near Placa Nueve. Staff pleasant and very helpful. They even arranged Alahambra tickets for us. Didn't see the advertised afternoon tea. First room had an odd odor, but we were easily shifted to a alternate. Checked in very early with no problem.

Apartamento excelente. Trato amable e inmejorable ubicación.

Muchos ruidos pero claro, era NOCHEVIEJA.

L'isolation sonore dans la chambre est tres faible, alors on entend tout le bruit du patio et des couloires.
