Echamos en falta una sala para estar en la que no hiciera frio ya que en la habitación no habia espacio para sentarse.

We found the hotel to be a stylish welcoming oasis in the middle of a busy vibrant city.

The staff were friendly,approachable and keen to help.This is one of the nicest hotels in Spain and we consider ourselves very lucky to have discovered it.

It was very easy to make reservations online for the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic center. As a plus they even offer room service. My room was great, the bed comfortable, with a private balcony with a wonderful view of Alhambra. I recommend this hotel. (Don't bring a super heavy suitcase, as there can be quite a number of stairs to get to your room)

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located, but what made our staff memorable was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who booked tickets for us, recommended services, kindly gave us directions and greatly contributed to our comfort. Immaculata was particularly patient and helpful with me

Overall good experience, especially because of the excellent location and customer service. The rooms seemed a bit cramped for the price, compared to other places I have stayed in Spain.
