Overall good experience, especially because of the excellent location and customer service. The rooms seemed a bit cramped for the price, compared to other places I have stayed in Spain.

Il serait utile de donner les précisions sur l'ACCES à l'hôtel(parking+taxi)quand on vient en voiture)au moment de la réservation,ce qui permettrait de ne pas avoir à téléphoner au dernier moment.
Par ailleurs,établissement tout à fait adapté à notre besoin(séjour familial intergénérationnel)

This was a terrific convenient location, very comfortable, intriguing and therefore special decor that made the hotel memorable. Bed was comfortable, windows opened for our preference for fresh air, and air conditioning was fine when we wanted it. Granada itself - magical, friendly, we will happily return.

Nous avons apprécié le charme de l'hôtel et l'accueil.
Avons dû changer de chambre car la première ne correspondait vraiment pas à ce que nous attendions de l'hotel mais aucun souci pour le changement encore merci à la réceptionniste. Par contre salle de bains du voisin très bruyante. Merci nous recommanderons néanmoins votre hotel. Nadine Adam Bastenti
