This was a terrific convenient location, very comfortable, intriguing and therefore special decor that made the hotel memorable. Bed was comfortable, windows opened for our preference for fresh air, and air conditioning was fine when we wanted it. Granada itself - magical, friendly, we will happily return.

Great location, exceptional staff. We are not Spanish speakers & the staff knew English & were so amazingly helpful!

Nous avons apprécié le charme de l'hôtel et l'accueil.
Avons dû changer de chambre car la première ne correspondait vraiment pas à ce que nous attendions de l'hotel mais aucun souci pour le changement encore merci à la réceptionniste. Par contre salle de bains du voisin très bruyante. Merci nous recommanderons néanmoins votre hotel. Nadine Adam Bastenti

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was pretty but very small (the bathroom was lovely though). It would be good if it could be made clear that the best way to reach the hotel is from Plaza Nueva rather than the winding maze of the albacyin.
