Hotel was excellently located and the car parking service was good. Our room was up two flights of stairs which was no problem as we were both fit but we didn't realise that when we booked. the staff were helpful and they even opened the breakfast dining room early for us as we had to leave early for our visits to the Alhambra (the hotel arranged the tickets for us). I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Granada again, which is likely.
