We enjoyed staying in your hotel.
There was a private party on the patio one evening and we found it quite noisy and it went on later than expected. the night staff did not speak english which make it difficult to communicate. the day staff were friendly and helpful.

dommage les serviettes de toilette n'essuie pas, la douche et le lavabo bouchés à l'arrivée ça la fait pas, et la vmc fait beaucoup de bruit.

The staff during the day were wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were small but very clean and with comfortable beds. Distance to sights in the city was excellent, while providing a location that was quiet at night as long as fellow guests were quiet. The night watch was quite rude both nights we were there - once laughing at us and being completely unhelpful when we were unsure of our room number and the next night holding onto papers we had asked to be printed, then finally giving them to us without any additional words.

The service was good, if at times impersonal due to the size of the hotel. The room was small but with plenty of character. The special location made up for the higher than average room price.

Unfortunately the internet connection using the TV set was not enabled. We had to borrow the hotel laptop instead. This was of course less convenient as there was only one laptop computer for all the hotel guests.

La verdad, que me pareció, muy encantador el Hotel, tal y como lo imaginé, lo único, que mi opinión, el desayuno debería estar incluido en todas las resevas. Por lo demás muy contento y lo recomiendo.

Lovely hotel, right in the center of the old part of the city. Fantastic location. Nice big room. Very helpfull staff.
One small complaint would be that there are wooden floors in the room directly over ours, which meant that you could hear everything from the room above like flushing toilets.

Hotel de charme, parfaitement bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de l'Alhambra. Petite rue calme et à proximité des restaurants et des points d'intérêt.
