Happy with overall experience only issue was the room temperature

Your kind words about the cleanliness of your room and the attentive service in our restaurant and bar are sincerely appreciated. It is always encouraging for our team to receive such positive recognition for their efforts.
We appreciate your comments regarding the room temperature and understand that maintaining ideal comfort can be challenging with varying preferences. As the milder spring weather arrives, our central heating system is gradually adjusted and partly reduced to provide a comfortable environment. The air-conditioning system is generally switched to cooling mode only with the onset of the summer period when lower temperatures are necessary for the entire building. In the meantime, we are always pleased to offer additional solutions, such as turning down the bathroom radiator or providing a portable fan upon request, to ensure our guests’ comfort.
Your suggestions regarding additional drawer space and more hooks in the bathroom for bathrobes are helpful, and we will certainly take them into consideration as we continuously look to enhance guest convenience and satisfaction.
