Good hotel & decent experience & room, but definitely you guys need to improve on Receptionist/ Front Desk negative attitude when dealing with complex paperwork & invoices with customers on their business trip. I've witnessed my colleague cried just because she didn't get the correct address in the company invoice (Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited). Later she was provided with the correct one, but the attitude of the front desk guy was terrifying & seemed so pissed towards her. Customers paid the service to receive good attitude & care, not to be yelled at or be hated. Please take note & improve it. Thanks!
