Very disapointing, becuase you have not understood the concept of service.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Continental Hotel Budapest.
We are glad that our central location contributed positively to your visit.
We are, however, sorry that our fitness and wellness facilities did not fully meet your expectations. As a city hotel, these areas are intended primarily as leisure amenities for our guests. When establishing the opening hours, we carefully considered the peaceful rest of all guests. While the gym can occasionally be opened earlier upon request, the wellness area is only accessible during its scheduled hours. Please note that all conditions and opening hours of our facilities are indicated on our website, so guests can plan accordingly.
We always encourage guests to share any special requirements during their stay so we can assist and provide alternatives whenever possible. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve communication and service for future guests.
