Minden megfelelő volt, a fűtés volt nehézkes.

Hálásan köszönjük, hogy szállodánkat választotta, és hogy időt szánt arra, hogy megossza velünk tapasztalatait.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy összességében elégedett volt tartózkodásával, és külön értékelte kiváló elhelyezkedésünket, tisztaságunkat, kollégáink kedvességét, valamint az általunk nyújtott ár-érték arányt. Pozitív visszajelzései nagy örömet jelentenek számunkra, és fontos megerősítést adnak csapatunk munkájához.

Ugyanakkor sajnálattal halljuk, hogy a szobahőmérséklet nem felelt meg maximálisan elvárásainak. Az enyhébb idő beköszöntével központi fűtési rendszerünket fokozatosan állítjuk át, hogy vendégeink számára kiegyensúlyozott és kellemes hőmérsékletet biztosítsunk. Természetesen tisztában vagyunk azzal, hogy az egyéni igények eltérőek lehetnek, és ilyenkor mindig készséggel állunk rendelkezésre: igény esetén teljesen lekpacsolható a fürdőszobai radiátor, vagy hordozható ventilátort is biztosítunk a még komfortosabb környezet érdekében.

Köszönjük még egyszer értékes visszajelzését. Bízunk benne, hogy a jövőben ismét vendégeink között köszönthetjük, és egy még kellemesebb tartózkodást biztosíthatunk Önnek.

Nice location, nice services, coffee was perfect. But the room was too hot

As the milder spring weather arrives, our central heating system is gradually adjusted and partly reduced to maintain a comfortable environment for our guests. Please know that our team is always happy to assist with any concerns during your stay, whether by adjusting the bathroom radiator or providing a portable fan to help ensure your room remains comfortable. We really couldn’t fault this hotel on anything. It was a lovely place to stay: light, airy and calm. The breakfast catered for every taste and was very good indeed. It felt like the staff really enjoyed working there, which says a lot. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and it would be our hotel of choice if we return to Budapest. The entrance door is pretty amazing Secession too!

Very good, although the construction site in front of the hotel and the unfriendly checkout lady were unsatisfactory

Great, the spa was a bit smaller than we expected but overall a very good experience. We loved the piano bar and the breakfast.
