Tutto bene, abbiamo avuto solo due piccoli problemi ma nel complesso siamo stati soddisfatti.

Siamo lieti di apprendere che abbia apprezzato l'atmosfera accogliente del nostro hotel e la nostra posizione centrale, che rende facile esplorare a piedi le numerose attrazioni di Budapest. I suoi gentili commenti sono stati molto apprezzati da tutto il nostro team.

Allo stesso tempo, ci dispiace che la temperatura della camera non abbia soddisfatto appieno le sue aspettative. Durante il periodo di transizione primaverile, il nostro sistema di riscaldamento centralizzato viene gradualmente regolato, mentre la modalità di raffreddamento dell'aria condizionata viene in genere attivata solo con l'arrivo dell'inizio dell'estate. Ci dispiace non aver potuto offrirle il comfort che si aspettava, sebbene i nostri colleghi abbiano cercato di aiutarla. In tali situazioni, siamo sempre lieti di aiutarla regolando il termosifone del bagno o fornendole un ventilatore portatile per garantire un ambiente più confortevole in camera.

La ringraziamo anche per i suoi utili commenti sulla colazione. Siamo lieti che su richiesta sia disponibile pane senza glutine. Very nice location a lot of things in walking distance,clean and nice .

We also value your feedback about the room size and temperature. Should you consider staying with us again, we would be pleased to recommend our larger room categories, such as Deluxe, Executive, or one of our spacious suites, for an even more comfortable experience. Regarding the room temperature, as the milder weather arrives, our central heating is gradually adjusted, but we understand that personal preferences can vary. Our team is always available to assist, whether by adjusting the bathroom radiator or providing a portable fan to help create a more comfortable climate.

We are, however, sorry if our wellness area did not fully meet your expectations. We always emphasize that, as a city hotel, this space is intended as a small extra indulgence, and we are grateful when our guests appreciate it as an added bonus to their stay.

To be refused water having paid for 3 nights is poor

We are pleased to read that you appreciated our convenient location for exploring Budapest, as well as the cleanliness of your room and the hotel overall. Your kind remarks about the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff are also greatly appreciated.

At the same time, we are sorry to learn about your experience during your early morning departure. Please accept our sincere apologies if the situation regarding the bottled water caused disappointment. Due to the early hour and the urgency of your taxi departure, our colleagues were unable to provide bottled water immediately at 3 a.m. We would like to kindly note that as fresh drinking water is available in every guest room's minibar, we do not keep additional stock at the Front Desk, and our bar is closed at that time. Of course, our intention is always to ensure guests can access refreshments as conveniently as possible, and we regret that this situation did not fully meet your expectations.

Your feedback has been shared with our Front Desk team for review, and as an additional measure, we are planning to install a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can have easy access to drinking water at any time.
