Abbiamo preso nota dei suoi commenti sulla camera, in particolare sul materasso. Comprendiamo che il comfort sia una questione di preferenze personali e, per i futuri soggiorni, saremo lieti di offrire, su richiesta, opzioni aggiuntive per la biancheria da letto, come un coprimaterasso più rigido o un topper, per soddisfare al meglio le sue esigenze. Our experience in this hotel was horrendous and I will never return or recommend it to any of my friends who are going to be visiting Budapest from Ireland

First and foremost, please allow me, before responding to your letter, to thank you for choosing Hotel Continental as the venue for your stay in Budapest. We truly appreciate your trust in us.

Prior to our guests’ arrival, we place great emphasis on ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their time with us, so that they may leave both Budapest and our hotel with pleasant experiences. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any requests, whether routine or more delicate in nature. Similarly, our housekeeping staff, including floor supervisors and room attendants, are always at our guests’ disposal.
I was sorry to learn that during your stay an incident occurred which required compensation. This amount was accepted and settled by you upon departure without any objection. Please also note that the damaged towels and bed linen had to be discarded and permanently removed from use, resulting in a loss for the hotel. For this reason, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reimburse the compensation amount requested in your email.

I hope that my response meets with your understanding. Should your future travels bring you back to Budapest, and you feel that our hotel deserves another opportunity to host you, we would be delighted to welcome you again.

È inoltre un piacere sapere che ha trovato il letto comodo e che ha apprezzato la qualità complessiva e il servizio offerto dal nostro team.

Ottima esperienza! Casomai dovessi tornare a Budapest non avrei dubbi sull’alloggio. Gentili, professionali e molto attenti al cliente. Il giorno di Pasqua ci hanno fatto trovare un coniglietto di cioccolato della Lindt in camera, piccoli gesti ma che si apprezzano tantissimo. Continuate così perché siete fortissimi

would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

I was quite disappointed with the hotel’s location, as there was a significant amount of noise coming from outside, as well as from the air conditioning system. This made it difficult to rest comfortably.

Given the reputation associated with the Continental name, my expectations were understandably high. At first glance, your brand suggests a high level of facilities and service quality. However, my experience did not align with these expectations, and it felt closer to what one might expect from a budget hotel rather than a premium offering.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future guests.
