Tutto perfetto,posizione pulizia e organizzazione delle stanze,colazione ottima e abbondante

Siamo davvero lieti di sapere che è rimasto soddisfatto di ogni aspetto della sua visita, dalla posizione centrale e dalla pulizia impeccabile all'accurata organizzazione della sua camera. È inoltre un piacere sapere che ha trovato il letto comodo e che ha apprezzato la qualità complessiva e il servizio offerto dal nostro team.

Apprezziamo in particolare le sue gentili parole riguardo alla nostra colazione, poiché ci impegniamo a offrire ogni mattina un'ampia e variegata selezione per aiutare i nostri ospiti a iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.

Ci scusiamo sinceramente per eventuali difficoltà linguistiche riscontrate durante il check-in. Abbiamo colleghi che parlano italiano nel nostro team; tuttavia, non sono disponibili in tutti i turni. Ottima esperienza! Casomai dovessi tornare a Budapest non avrei dubbi sull’alloggio. Gentili, professionali e molto attenti al cliente. Il giorno di Pasqua ci hanno fatto trovare un coniglietto di cioccolato della Lindt in camera, piccoli gesti ma che si apprezzano tantissimo. Continuate così perché siete fortissimi

would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

I was quite disappointed with the hotel’s location, as there was a significant amount of noise coming from outside, as well as from the air conditioning system. This made it difficult to rest comfortably.

Given the reputation associated with the Continental name, my expectations were understandably high. At first glance, your brand suggests a high level of facilities and service quality. However, my experience did not align with these expectations, and it felt closer to what one might expect from a budget hotel rather than a premium offering.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future guests.

Hotel ist gut. Fitness öffnet leider erst um 9 Uhr, das ist etwas schlecht wenn vor dem Frühstück bereits gerne ein Training sein sollte. Frühere Öffnungszeiten wäre zu empfehlen. Empfang nicht ganz so freundlich wie gewünscht

Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez été pleinement satisfait de l'emplacement, du confort et de la propreté de votre chambre, ainsi que du service attentionné de notre équipe. Vos excellentes notes dans toutes les catégories sont très appréciées et constituent une véritable source de motivation pour nous.

Par ailleurs, nous tenons à vous remercier pour vos commentaires concernant l'espace bien-être. Veuillez noter que notre salle de sel est chauffée à environ 40 °C et que cette température est maintenue de façon constante ; par conséquent, une légère variation ne devrait pas avoir d'incidence significative. Notre sauna est également réglé à environ 80 °C. Néanmoins, nous regrettons sincèrement tout désagrément que vous auriez pu rencontrer et vous remercions de nous l'avoir signalé.
