Igen jó lokációval rendelkező tiszta, rendes szálloda!

Köszönjük szépen, hogy megosztotta velünk visszajelzését a Continental Hotel Budapest szállodában tett tartózkodását követően.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy elégedett volt szállodánk kiváló elhelyezkedésével, a tisztasággal, valamint a szobák, a szolgáltatás, a reggeli és a bár magas színvonalával. Különösen jó érzés számunkra, hogy összességében ilyen pozitív élményekkel távozott, és szállodánkat szívesen ajánlaná másoknak is.

Sajnáljuk ugyanakkor, hogy a szauna hőmérséklete nem teljesen felelt meg az elvárásainak. Szeretnénk tájékoztatni, hogy vadonatúj finn szaunánk kb. 80°C-ra van felfűtve, emellett vendégeink rendelkezésére áll egy körülbelül 40°C-os, fűtött sószoba is a nyugodt relaxációhoz. Visszajelzését természetesen továbbítottuk wellness csapatunk felé, és kiemelten foglalkozunk vele a további fejlesztések során.

Még egyszer köszönjük értékes visszajelzését, és bízunk benne, hogy a jövőben ismét vendégül láthatjuk Önöket.

the bartender ruined the whole experience
