Nos complace saber que nuestro hotel superó sus expectativas y que nuestra relación calidad-precio le pareció tan excelente. Es maravilloso saber que valoró nuestra ubicación en el histórico Barrio Judío, con fácil acceso a lugares emblemáticos, populares bares en ruinas y excelentes opciones gastronómicas cercanas.

Our stay was good, breakfast was good, only the mattress in the room was not comfortable, the cafe in the hotel is very nice.

Très bon hôtel, mais attention nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit dans notre lit !

Nous vous remercions chaleureusement de votre séjour et d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos commentaires.

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié notre petit-déjeuner, le cadre de notre établissement, la propreté générale et notre emplacement central à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. Vos remarques positives sont très importantes pour toute notre équipe.

Nous sommes cependant très préoccupés et sincèrement désolés d'apprendre le problème que vous avez signalé concernant une suspicion de punaise de lit dans votre chambre. Veuillez accepter nos plus sincères excuses pour la gêne occasionnée.

Nous prenons ce genre de situation très au sérieux et tenons à vous informer qu'immédiatement après votre signalement, notre équipe a démonté le lit et procédé à une inspection approfondie de la chambre ; aucune trace de punaises de lit n'a été trouvée. Par mesure de précaution, et conformément à nos protocoles stricts, la chambre a fait l'objet d'un traitement particulier. L'hygiène, la prévention et la sécurité de nos clients sont nos priorités absolues.

Nous regrettons que notre accueil lors de votre départ ne vous ait pas pleinement satisfait et nous vous remercions de nous l'avoir signalé, car cela nous permet d'améliorer constamment nos procédures et notre communication.
