Overall good experience . The room did not smell good and we had to throw away the fruits. Even after we throw the fruits it still smells bad

Rooms are not clean , they don’t change the bed sheets, many requests for basic stuff like bath rob or toothbrush and toothpaste we had to ask multiple times , prices are not cheap, the inside swimming pool is cold also the sauna, in cold weather the room wasn’t heated enough we had to ask multiple times to fix the heat it was set to 24 degrees witch was not enough specially in cold weather -10 degrees

Modern, small, and nice hotel with a perfect location, and the hotel was so comfy, modern, and clean.

Hotel bellissimo, il personale cortese e gentile, la posizione dell'hotel ottima, c'è da rivedere la pulizia in camera, le ragazze sono troppo veloci e si dimenticano di alcune cose essenziali

The experience was good and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and spacious, warm and cozy. There was a small problem with the hot water, which was lukewarm during rush hours.
