Remek stílus és étterem, kiváló Staff. Egyedisége remek.

Köszönjük szépen, hogy megosztotta velünk visszajelzését, és hogy szállodánkat választotta budapesti tartózkodása alkalmával.

Nagy örömmel olvastuk, hogy értékelte szállodánk egyedi jellegét és stílusát, valamint pozitív benyomásokat szerzett éttermünkről és csapatunkról. Személyzetünk elkötelezettségének és szállodánk jellegzetes hangulatának elismerése nagy motiváció számunkra, és nagyra értékeljük kedves szavait.

Ugyanakkor olvastuk a wellness részleggel kapcsolatos észrevételeit. Amellett, hogy mindig igyekszünk biztosítani a wellness levegőztetését, hamarosan elkezdjük teljes szállodaépületünk hűtését a nyári időjárás beköszöntével, ami kedvezően befolyásolhatja majd vendégeink komfortérzetét a wellness helyiségben is.

Köszönjük a parkolási rendszerrel kapcsolatos észrevételeit is. Parkolórendszerünk automatikus rendszámfelismeréssel működik, amely általában gördülékeny be- és kihajtást tesz lehetővé. Sajnáljuk, ha ez az Ön esetében valamilyen okból nem működött megfelelően – ennek hátterében állhatott például a rendszám korlátozott láthatósága, vagy esetleges téves rendszámrögzítés. Elnézést kérünk a kijáratnál felmerülő kellemetlenségekért, és észrevételeit természetesen megosztottuk az illetékes csapattal annak érdekében, hogy a jövőben még zökkenőmentesebb élményt biztosíthassunk.

Awesome food. Very friendly and helpful restaurant staff. Check-in was very easy - the personnel who greeted us were friendly and very welcoming. If we ever go back (we hope to!), we will definitely want to stay there.
