Overall it was good. The easiest way to improve our stay would be the curtains in the bedroom.

We regret that your companion's early arrival could not be accommodated with immediate room access. While early check-in is always subject to availability, guests who inform us of their arrival plans in advance may purchase a guaranteed early check-in, as this requires reserving the room from the previous night. Otherwise, our team always makes every effort to allocate rooms as early as possible. In the meantime, we are pleased to offer access to the hotel's facilities, including the wellness area, and are always happy to store luggage securely until the room is ready.
Thank you also for your comments regarding breakfast. We regret that our selection did not fully meet your dietary requirements. We are always happy to accommodate individual requests whenever possible and would be delighted to assist with any special dietary needs if advised in advance.
We also appreciate your observations regarding the Junior Suite, the blackout curtains, and the surrounding street noise. We will certainly review the curtains in the room to ensure they function as intended. For guests seeking a quieter environment, we are pleased to offer courtyard-facing rooms upon request and subject to availability.
