Lamentamos que algunos aspectos de su experiencia no hayan cumplido plenamente sus expectativas. Sus comentarios son importantes para nosotros y los hemos tomado nota atentamente. En cuanto a la sauna, le informamos que, como hotel urbano, nuestras instalaciones de bienestar están diseñadas principalmente para la relajación y, por lo tanto, son de tamaño limitado.
