Als Stadthotel sind unsere Wellnesseinrichtungen eher auf einen entspannenden Rückzugsort im verfügbaren Raum als auf ein vollwertiges Spa ausgelegt. Dennoch nehmen wir Sauberkeit sehr ernst, und wir haben Ihr Feedback an unser Team weitergeleitet, um sicherzustellen, dass wir Hygiene und Instandhaltung jederzeit weiter verbessern.

Zuallererst möchten wir uns aufrichtig für das Frühstückserlebnis entschuldigen. Die Qualität unseres Frühstücks ist uns sehr wichtig. Unser reichhaltiges Buffet erfreut sich in der Regel großer Beliebtheit und bietet eine breite Auswahl an internationalen Spezialitäten sowie traditionellen ungarischen Gerichten, die wir auch gerne etwas herzhafter oder würziger zubereiten. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das Problem mit dem Obst ein einmaliger Fehler war, und haben Ihr Feedback an unser Küchenteam weitergeleitet, um ein erneutes Auftreten zu vermeiden.

Siamo lieti di apprendere che abbia apprezzato la nostra posizione centrale, che le ha permesso di esplorare Budapest facilmente a piedi, e che abbia trovato la sua camera pulita e confortevole. La sua disponibilità a considerare un ritorno è davvero apprezzata e il suo feedback positivo ci incoraggia nel nostro continuo impegno per la soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti.

Ci dispiace apprendere dell'inconveniente con l'acqua calda nel tardo pomeriggio del 31. La preghiamo di accettare le nostre scuse per qualsiasi disagio possa aver causato. Le sue osservazioni sono state portate all'attenzione del nostro team tecnico, poiché il comfort degli ospiti rimane la nostra priorità.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, comprendiamo che trovare un posto a sedere può essere più difficile quando molti ospiti arrivano contemporaneamente. La preghiamo di notare che ci impegniamo a offrire la massima qualità anche nelle mattine più affollate, ma nelle ore di punta, il rifornimento di prodotti e la risistemazione dei tavoli potrebbero richiedere più tempo. Per una colazione più piacevole, consigliamo di arrivare la mattina presto, quando il clima tende ad essere più tranquillo.

Abbiamo inoltre preso nota delle vostre preferenze in merito ai servizi in camera e in bagno, nonché del vostro feedback sulla colazione inclusa durante la prenotazione. I vostri suggerimenti sono preziosi e ci aiutano a migliorare i nostri servizi per i futuri ospiti.

During winter, our air conditioning system operates in heating mode; however, individual comfort levels can of course vary.
