Een goed hotel dat voor ons een uitvalsbasis was voor vier dagen Boedapest ontdekken.

Het is fantastisch om te vernemen dat de netheid en staat van uw kamer aan uw verwachtingen voldeden en dat de vriendelijkheid en aandacht van ons team uw verblijf nog aangenamer hebben gemaakt. The location was excellent . However , disappointed that the swimming pool was closed . Very unfriendly man with a beard checked us in on February 15th in the evening and was rude and unwelcoming . Bar was relaxed with excellent staff . Air conditioning not very effective

At the same time, we sincerely regret that your check-in experience and the temporary closure of our wellness area impacted your stay. Please note that, in line with standard procedures, our reception team reconfirms identification details upon arrival. We are very sorry if this caused any inconvenience or gave an unfavorable impression. Providing warm, courteous, and professional service is always our priority.

Regarding the wellness area, we understand that renovation works can be disappointing during a stay; however, these improvements—including maintenance, a new sauna installation, and technical upgrades to both pools—are essential to enhance guest comfort in the future. This information has been communicated on our website and booking platforms since 13 January. While some facilities were unavailable, guests could still enjoy our fitness room and massage services. Next time, please feel free to share any concerns with us on site, as we are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure a more satisfying stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced.

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת ב־Continental Hotel Budapest. זה מלון ברמה גבוהה עם חדרים מרווחים, נקיים ונוחים מאוד. הצוות אדיב ושירותי ותמיד שמח לעזור בכל בקשה. המיקום מצוין ונוח לטיולים בעיר, וארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. בהחלט תמורה מצוינת למחיר — ממליצה בחום למי שמחפש מלון איכותי בבודפשט.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is excellent, with spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is great for exploring the city, and the breakfast is varied and enjoyable. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest.

I would like to stay again however would be weary of booking any upgrades to avoid disappointment. The hotel is beautiful, staff very polite and a great location.

Hotel di alto livello. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Purtroppo la piscina e il centro benessere era al disotto delle aspettative. Anche perchè era stato prenotato per la piscina.

Uncomfortable. Room was not ready for guests. There were no towels. We had to go down to reception
