Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου. Μεταφορά από το αεροδρόμιο σε καλή τιμή για 4 άτομα με μινι βαν. Πολύ καθαρό και ωραίο δωμάτιο. Πλούσιο πρωινό !!! Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο

Hotel bellissimo in posizione centrale!staff super preparato ed educato,colazione ottima e abbondante,unico problema il riscaldamento della camera funzionava male ed essendo pieno non hanno potuto cambiarci stanza,ci hanno fornito una stufetta aggiuntiva

Great city break, plenty to see and do with a comfy, welcoming hotel for a base.

The only thing is we were locked out of our room on New Years Eve. We understood the problem but felt we should have been offered something as an apology, drinks or a refund/discount etc. We had to sit and have our drinks in the hall while waiting for the keys to work, and my phone was in the room and I missed phone calls from my family which was very disappointing.
