Very good stay at this hotel. No complaints at all . Great breakfast, clean spacious and comfortable bedroom. Staff were all very friendly

We also appreciate your remarks regarding the room size. While our standard rooms are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality, we would be pleased to recommend our Deluxe, Executive, or suite categories for future visits, as these options offer more spacious layouts for an enhanced stay experience.

Regarding the wellness area, we have taken note of your comment on the pool, sauna, and overall space. As a city hotel, our wellness area is designed with relaxation in mind and is limited in size. We encourage our guests to consider it as a pleasant bonus rather than a full-scale spa facility and sincerely appreciate your understanding. Thank you as well for your feedback about the sauna temperature. We offer both an infrared and a Finnish sauna: the infrared sauna is activated upon request, heats up quickly, and operates at a lower temperature than the Finnish sauna. This setup allows guests to choose according to their comfort preferences, and we appreciate your understanding of this arrangement.

Regarding the wellness area, we would like to note that we have not had a jacuzzi for some time due to space limitations. Great hotel with excellent service. Very pleasant staff, welcomed us very nicely, we were upgraded to a suite because we were celebrating a birthday and they even spoiled us with surprises in the room. The staff members are always pleasant and eager to help. The hotel is very very clean and everything is new and pleasant. The breakfast is excellent, we enjoyed it very much

Regarding the wellness area, due to a temporary technical issue, the pool water was briefly cooler than usual; this has now been fully resolved. As for the saunas, we offer both an infrared and a Finnish sauna: the infrared heats quickly but operates at a lower temperature, allowing guests to choose according to personal preference.
