A wonderful stay. Right in the center of the center. The location is just amazing.

Alles in allem war gut
Nur ich hatte ganze Zeit den selben Mantel und keine frische Handtücher
Toiletten würde nicht geputzt und Bettwäsche würde in diesen Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal gewechselt

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie mit unserer Lage und unserem Service zufrieden waren und schätzen Ihre positive Bewertung in diesen Bereichen sehr. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass der Reinigungsservice, insbesondere hinsichtlich des Wechsels von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sowie der Sauberkeit der Badezimmer, während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht vollständig Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Zur Information: Wir verfolgen eine umweltbewusste Richtlinie, nach der Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Bademäntel standardmäßig alle drei Nächte gewechselt werden.
