Generally OK, especially for reception service. Some tips below: 1. The filtering in the bathroom is still working too loud even after manual fix. I need to shut the door before I sleep. 2. The AC is also working too loud. 3. Please check the note of the guest leaves in the reservation.

For your information, the bathroom fan is designed to switch off automatically after a short period once the light is turned off. Nevertheless, we regret any inconvenience it may have caused and have shared your comments with our maintenance team to further improve room comfort.
