The hotel is in a great location and not far from the metro station. The breakfast is excellent and the reception staff are very nice.

Thank you also for your honest observations regarding housekeeping. Naturally, we fully credit your comments and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. In line with our textile policy, a linen change was scheduled for your room on 13 December, as our standard practice is to replace towels, linens, and bathrobes every three nights for environmental reasons. However, at this stage, we regret that we are unable to confirm with absolute certainty whether this service was effectively carried out. Please note that we are always happy to arrange more frequent changes, including daily service, upon request, and a textile guide is available in each room to assist guests in personalizing housekeeping services to their individual preferences.
Please be assured that we have reviewed your feedback in detail with our Housekeeping Manager and her team in order to reinforce expected procedures, and avoid any future misunderstandings.
