Super nöjda med vistelsen. Min pojkvän fyllde år och vi blev så uppassade. Frukosten god och personalen super trevliga. Livligt hotell med mycket folk, trevliga ytor och centralt.

Köszönjük, hogy konferenciahelyszínként a Continental Hotel Budapestet választották, valamint hogy megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait. Nagy öröm számunkra, hogy rendezvényük minden elvárásukat felülmúlta, és elégedetten távoztak.

Külön köszönjük a konferenciatermekre, az infrastruktúrára és kollégáink professzionális, segítőkész munkájára vonatkozó elismerő szavait, amelyeket örömmel továbbítunk csapatunknak.

Észrevételeiket szintén köszönettel vettük. A száraz levegővel és a zuhanyfejek állapotával kapcsolatos építő visszajelzéseket jeleztük az illetékes részlegek felé, ahogy a wellness területre vonatkozó tapasztalatokat is. A „check-in és check-out experience” szó szerinti magyar fordítását igyekszünk egyértelműbbé tenni a félreértelmezés elkerülése érdekében.

L’accueil et le service nous ont semblé assez froids, avec un personnel globalement peu chaleureux. Surtout, nous avons eu une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, ce qui a clairement gâché une partie du séjour.

Nous sommes toutefois désolés d'apprendre que l'accueil n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Sachez que vous avez été pris en charge par un collègue toujours très aimable et attentionné envers nos clients ; néanmoins, nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience ait été différente. I came to celebrate my birthday and learn about Hungary's history and its architectural sites. The Continental Hotel made this a welcoming and special experience, without a doubt. The location is a bit hidden, but it is close to the city centre, and I did not mind walking to most places.
