Excellent location in the Jewish quarter everything is in walking distance.

The hotel feels luxurious when you first arrive and check in was very quick and the reception staff are very professional.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be but had everything you needed and the bed was the comfiest I had slept in.

The hotel is easy to find with a central location, lots of things to do nearby. Check in was quick and included an upgrade to the room. The pool area was great, plenty of sunshine, shade and places to sit/lie. The staff were very accommodating and check out was smooth only taking a few minutes.

Always a joy to visit this hotel, we have stayed in more expensive and cheaper hotels in Budapest but this is the one we keep on coming back to. It is a very good 4 star hotel in which you don't feel you have to be smartly dressed, I wander around in my rugby shirts and jeans. The staff are almost like second family, they remember us, treat us with respect and have a laugh with us. The rooms and service are what you would expect from a four star hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

We had a lovely time and would definitely return and recommend this hotel. So clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were lovely and location wasn't too far. Aircon was amazing in our room as we went in July and the temperature was like 37 degrees.
