Small rooms, bed linen not changed for five nights. View of the wall. Poor cleanliness

Regarding the bed linen, please allow us to clarify that according to our hotel policy, we change bed linen every third day of a guest’s stay. In your case, this procedure was followed. Having said this, we sincerely apologize if this did not meet your personal expectations for comfort or cleanliness.
We also regret that the room size and view were not to your satisfaction. As we are located in central Budapest, some of our rooms have a view over the neighbouring streets, and most of the rooms of the inner courtyard – we wish you shared your experience with us during your visit, we could have found you another room with a different view, more to your liking.
