The description online made the hotel look better than it s. Especially the spa. In reality its very poor. Also they forgot wardrobe in the room. Bar was fine, although location a bit odd. Breakfast was very good! But I cannot recomend because of a good breakfast, the whole experience must be good.

The room was a bit too warm with no option to make it cooler. Opened the window but it did not help much. The location, service, bar, breakfast and cleanliness were excellent.

Hi, we arrived at the hotel on 19.10.25 around 8 PM. We went to the reception to get the room. The receptionist gave us keys to the room. Then the hotel manager came and spoke to the clerk.
And the receptionist asked us to return the keys to the room he gave us. We returned the keys and the manager said that since we were staying with them for 10 nights, we were considered VIP guests. We got keys to another room and when we went up to the room, it was open and the hotel manager was waiting for us at the entrance with a plate of fruit. And he said that he had gone up to the room to air it out and that he was opening the window. As soon as we entered the room, there was a bad smell of sewage. I wanted to go down to the reception and ask them to change my room because I couldn't sleep in it because of the bad smell of sewage. Since we were tired from the flight, my wife suggested that we spend the first night in the room that smelled of sewage. We slept for a total of an hour because we couldn't sleep because of the smell coming from the bathroom.
In the morning, we went to the reception and asked to change our room. They said they didn't have a room until 3 PM.
And if we want to change rooms, pack our belongings and take them to the reception. And in the afternoon we will get another room...and this is unacceptable behavior that we had to stay without a room for 10 hours.
