Very good hotel. High quality based for price. Extremely beautiful building. Soft product was also excellent. Only super minor complaint if you can call it that is a third rotation of breakfast items would have been appreciated instead of every other day for a few things. But The breakfast was overall great, the facilities were great, the staff were great. Really overall positive experience.

Tudo muito bom. Excelente pequeno-almoço. A água da piscina poderia estar um pouco mais quente.
Os colchões estavam um pouco moles, mas isso é um gosto pessoal. Nada tem a ver com a qualidade do hotel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. La qualité des service proposé est irréprochable et le personnel est à notre écoute. Le seul bémol pour moi concerne l'insonorisation des chambres.

We was accused of not being hotel guests, when we entered the lobby. By the woman with glasses.she told us she is the manager, but was very unfriendliy. And she want to charge our friends one night, just because we wanted to drink in the bar. But the bar was closed so we took something from the minibar and we paid it. It was embarrassing for us, to be called “non hotel guest” infront of everybody

At the same time, we regret that the wellness facilities did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the pool temperature, outdoor pool availability, and the size of the sauna.

Regarding the temperature of the swimming pool, we are sorry, that it fell below the usual standard during your stay. This was due to a temporary technical issue, which we worked to resolve as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are pleased to note that the pool is now maintained at its regular, comfortable temperature.

We are especially sorry to learn about your experience in the lobby, which you found embarrassing and uncomfortable. Please allow us to sincerely apologize if our actions or communication made you feel unwelcome in any way. This was certainly not our intention.

For clarity, our team’s responsibility is to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, which at times includes verifying access to hotel facilities during busy periods. In this particular situation, a misunderstanding arose regarding accompanying visitors, and we regret that this was handled in a manner that caused you discomfort. We appreciate that the matter was later clarified, and we are grateful for your understanding at that time.
