very good, loved our stay, close to the main attractions

We do take note of your remarks regarding the frequency of sheet changes during your stay. Please allow us to clarify that, for environmental reasons, towels and linens are replaced every three nights as our standard practice. However, we are always happy to accommodate more frequent changes upon request—even on a daily basis. Each room is equipped with a textile guide to help guests tailor housekeeping to their personal preferences, and we sincerely apologize if this was not sufficiently communicated or if it caused any inconvenience during your visit.

Köszönjük szépen, hogy időt szakított tapasztalatai megosztására, és hogy kiváló értékeléssel tisztelt meg minket. Nagy öröm számunkra, hogy jól érezte magát nálunk, és értékelte a figyelmesen elkészített gyümölcstálat. Örömmel halljuk, hogy szállodánk elhelyezkedése, szobáink, tisztaságunk és személyzetünk gondoskodása hozzájárult a kellemes tartózkodásához.

Sajnáljuk, hogy az ár-érték arányt illetően nem volt teljesen elégedett, és hogy a wellness-részleggel kapcsolatban magasabb elvárásokkal érkezett. Tudomásul vettük észrevételét a medencével kapcsolatban; szeretnénk azonban megjegyezni, hogy városi szállodaként wellness-részlegünket elsősorban a pihenésre terveztük, mérete és felszereltsége ezért korlátozott. Vendégeinknek mindig javasoljuk, hogy inkább kellemes kiegészítőként tekintsenek rá, mint teljes körű spa-létesítményre, és köszönjük megértését e tekintetben.
