Ezúton is köszönjük szépen, hogy időt szánt arra, hogy megossza velünk részletes visszajelzését a Continental Hotel Budapestben tett látogatásáról.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy recepciós és takarító személyzetünket rendkívül kedvesnek, segítőkésznek és precíznek találta, valamint hogy szobája kényelme és a tisztaság magas színvonala hozzájárult az elégedettségéhez. Különösen nagyra értékeljük elismerő szavait kollégáink iránt – ezek számukra is fontos visszajelzést és motivációt jelentenek.

Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk véleményét szállodánk elhelyezkedéséről és hangulatáról is. Sajnáljuk, hogy nem tudtunk önnek parkolóhelyet biztosítani, érdemes előre jelezni legközelebb, hogy autóval érkezik, mert limitált a mélygarázsunk ferőhelyeinek száma.

Köszönjük továbbá a wellnessrészleggel kapcsolatos őszinte visszajelzését. Őszintén sajnáljuk, hogy tartózkodása idején a medence vize hidegebb volt a megszokottnál, valamint hogy a finn szauna technikai okok miatt nem üzemelt. Az ebből adódó kellemetlenségekért ezúton is elnézését kérjük. A felmerült problémákat azóta elhárítottuk, és jelenleg minden szolgáltatás zavartalanul működik. Nagyra értékeljük, hogy mindezek ellenére kiemelte munkatársaink segítőkészségét és elkötelezettségét.

Köszönjük reggelivel kapcsolatos észrevételét is, amelyet továbbítottunk az illetékes részleg felé annak érdekében, hogy szolgáltatásunkat ezen a területen is tovább fejlesszük.

Max, expérience très sympa, proche du centre-ville, relativement propre, les gens très accueillants, surtout à l’accueil. Franchement une note spéciale pour eux. Sinon sympathique très sympathique ces jours que je recommanderais.

Excellent hotel, one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is really great, they try hard, they're kind, sometimes I'd rather pay more just for a smile and politeness, and the prices here are reasonable.

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé notre hôtel magnifique et notre équipe de réception professionnelle et accueillante. Nous sommes également heureux de savoir que votre chambre et la propreté générale ont répondu à vos attentes et que notre emplacement central vous a permis d'accéder facilement aux principales attractions de la ville.

Nous regrettons toutefois d'apprendre que la climatisation de votre chambre n'a pas été aussi confortable que vous l'espériez. Nous prenons en compte vos commentaires et tenons à vous informer que durant les mois d'hiver, notre climatisation fonctionne en mode chauffage. Néanmoins, notre équipe reste à votre disposition et se serait fait un plaisir de vous proposer des solutions, comme éteindre le radiateur de la salle de bain ou vous fournir un ventilateur portable pour un confort optimal. Par temps plus doux, ouvrir la fenêtre peut également contribuer à une température plus agréable.
