Excellent hotel
We stayed there for 5 nights, a great hotel,We loved everything the hotel offered
A perfect hotel for a couple who comes and looks for high quality service, comfort and proximity to the metro. the hotel staff is amazing and extremely efficient. Delicious, varied and luxurious breakfast. A pleasure that is sure to be chosen by us on our next visit.

Colazione molto ricca e varia. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Staff disponibile e posizione centrale per visitare le attrazioni principale e per raggiungere l'aeroporto
La spa un po' piccola e la temperatura della piscina troppo fredda. Ventola abbastanza rumorosa e pochi filtri per tè e caffè in camera

Siamo lieti di apprendere che abbia apprezzato la nostra ricca e variegata colazione, nonché la pulizia e il comfort della sua camera. È inoltre meraviglioso sapere che la nostra posizione centrale e la disponibilità del nostro personale abbiano contribuito positivamente alla sua esperienza, facilitando la sua esplorazione della città e l'accesso all'aeroporto.

Apprezziamo i suoi commenti sulla nostra area benessere e sulla temperatura della piscina. Essendo un hotel cittadino, le nostre strutture benessere sono progettate per offrire uno spazio dedicato al relax, sebbene siano più compatte rispetto a quelle presenti nei resort spa di grandi dimensioni. Inoltre, durante il suo soggiorno, un problema tecnico ha causato un calo della temperatura dell'acqua in piscina al di sotto dei nostri standard abituali. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per qualsiasi inconveniente possa aver causato e siamo lieti di confermare che la questione è stata completamente risolta per il comfort dei nostri ospiti.

Abbiamo anche preso nota del suo feedback relativo al rumore della ventilazione e alla fornitura di tè e caffè in camera. Saremmo stati lieti di verificare il livello di rumore e di offrirvi ulteriori servizi di tè e caffè durante il vostro soggiorno. En general, la experiencia fue buena. El hotel es bonito y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos cinco días, ya que la mayor parte del tiempo se pasa fuera explorando la ciudad. Como único punto a considerar, la habitación en la que nos hospedamos era un poco pequeña. En cuanto a la ubicación, es correcta, aunque conviene tener en cuenta que se debe caminar aproximadamente 20 minutos para llegar a la zona más céntrica de Pest.
